SAS has also advised many clients on buyside transactions, including the landmark acquisition of Mobil Oil Ghana Limited by Total Ghana Limited, immediately followed by a merger of the two companies to form Total Petroleum Ghana Limited. SAS also advised and executed the merger between Guinness Ghana Limited and Ghana Breweries Limited to form Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited.
